Frequently Asked Questions
1. How can I purchase a painting?
– In the “Gallery” section, you will find paintings available for purchase. If you are interested in a specific artwork, simply contact me. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or Western Union. You can also purchase a painting from my Etsy online store, which offers a variety of convenient payment methods. The website has a purchase protection program.
2. Do you do commission/customized paintings?
3. Do you ship internationally?
– Delivery is possible worldwide! I have extensive experience in shipping and a wide sales geography. For more details, see the “Shipping” section.
4. How much does shipping cost?
– For your convenience, the cost of packaging and shipping is already included in the price of the painting.
5. What materials do you use?
– I only use high-quality materials in my work. I paint with professional oil paints from European manufacturers on Italian linen canvas. After the paint has completely dried, I cover the painting with varnish. All this allows the paint layer and the overall condition of the painting to be preserved for many decades.
6. Can the painting be framed?
– Yes. Contact me and I will help you choose and frame the painting. The cost of the frame depends on the material (wood, plastic), length, and width.
7. Can I return or exchange a painting?
– Yes, returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days, provided that the painting remains intact. In any case, you can count on an individual approach to resolving any situation that may arise.
8. How to care of a painting?
– Oil paintings do not require special care. The main thing is to avoid direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and sudden temperature changes. Occasionally wipe the canvas with a damp cloth to remove dust.
Shipping
Worldwide Shipping
Paintings can be shipped worldwide. Your artwork will be carefully packed and prepared for shipping within one day after purchase.
Packaging Details
- Small and medium-sized paintings are shipped stretched on a wooden frame (stretcher bars) and securely packed in a protective cardboard box.
- Large paintings are shipped rolled in a protective tube due to postal size restrictions. The canvas is carefully removed from the stretcher bars and can be easily re-stretched at a local framing shop after delivery.
Tracking & Delivery
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
The parcel will be delivered by courier to the address you provide.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the price of the painting.
Customs & Import Fees
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on distance and customs procedures and typically take 8 to 28 days:
- Europe: approximately 7–8 days

Occasionally, delays may occur during customs processing. Unfortunately, the speed of customs clearance is beyond my control once the artwork has been shipped.
